Simplifying Onboarding for Millions of Users
Coupang is Korea’s largest online retailer, powered by a dynamic end-to-end e-commerce and logistics network. They provide exceedingly fast shipping speeds on millions of items including fresh groceries. They have designed and built over 100 unique fulfilment centres, covering 25 million square feet and housing millions of products. This translates into 70% of the Korean population living within 7 miles of a Coupang logistics centre.
We partnered with Coupang to improve the seller acquisition and onboarding journey through a focused digital experience. Our work centred on designing a high-conversion landing page and a streamlined sign-in and registration flow that reduced friction and accelerated seller activation.
By simplifying entry points, clarifying value propositions and aligning the experience with Coupang’s internal systems, we helped create a faster and more efficient path from first touch to active seller. The result was a clearer onboarding journey, improved data flow, and measurable growth in monthly seller sign-ups.
