The objective of this project was to support customer acquisition and lifecycle management through the execution of PPC campaigns, the implementation of marketing automation, and the integration of CRM systems.
he work included planning, launching, and optimizing PPC campaigns, setting up automated marketing workflows to manage customer communication at different stages, and integrating CRM data to centralize customer information and improve campaign targeting and reporting.
The outcome was a more connected and scalable marketing setup, enabling better coordination between paid media, automated communication, and customer data management.
